Si tu empresa ya utiliza G-Suite, entonces pueden utilizar funciones avanzadas de nivel empresarial, como la posibilidad de grabar videos y reuniones para hasta 250 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente Google anunci\u00f3 que este servicio permanecer\u00e1 gratuito hasta el 1 de julio ante la contingencia en el mundo por la pandemia del coronavirus Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizarlo es bastante simple, pues Google Calendar crea autom\u00e1ticamente una liga para conectarse a una llamada a trav\u00e9s de Meet con cada invitaci\u00f3n que se env\u00ede y todos los invitados podr\u00e1n acceder a la llamada. Una vez dentro de \u00e9sta, el uso de la interfaz es sencillo para chatear y compartir pantalla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Google Drive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Drive es un servicio de almacenamiento en la nube que permite alojar diferentes archivos, desde textos y presentaciones hasta v\u00eddeos y documentos pesados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta herramienta permite a los administradores y trabajadores acceder r\u00e1pidamente a ciertos archivos, siempre y cuando el due\u00f1o haya compartido el acceso. Esto significa que si tienes un empleado que trabaja de manera remota y realiza una tarea espec\u00edfica, puede brindar el permiso de acceso a los archivos necesarios en su Google Drive sin tener que compartir documentos innecesarios o que le gustar\u00eda limitar a la gerencia u otros miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9sto se realiza a trav\u00e9s de Google Docs, Sheets, Slides y dem\u00e1s productos de Google. As\u00ed, al compartir un archivo, los colaboradores pueden trabajar en el mismo documento a la vez.
