Destacamos tres que consideramos imprescindibles:<span id=\"more-286167\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 Hay que trabajar para ganar <strong>confianza<\/strong>, y eso requiere tiempo y paciencia. No podemos vender algo, ni v\u00eda email ni mediante ning\u00fan otro canal, si primero no trabajamos para generar confianza entre nuestros potenciales clientes. Hay mucha competencia en pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier sector, y para que una persona deje de ser cliente de alguien para ser el nuestro, necesitamos convencerle de que es la mejor opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>2 \u2013 Hay que crear un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n <strong>bidireccional<\/strong>, para que el cliente sepa que hay alguien detr\u00e1s de los emails y sepa a qui\u00e9n consultar en caso de dudas. En muchos casos se recomienda tener como remitente una persona real, y siempre hay que destacar datos de contacto dentro del contenido.<\/p>\n<p>3 \u2013 Hay que mezclar el <strong>contenido \u00fatil<\/strong> con la propuesta de venta.
