Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo \u00cdndice de <a href=\"http:\/\/sproutsocial.com\/insights\/data\/es-3t-de-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Sprout Social<\/a>, el 73% de los usuarios asegura que, lo fundamental, es sentirse atra\u00eddo por los productos y servicios de una marca.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"green\"><p>El 21% de los usuarios sigue a una marca en redes sociales porque sus amigos lo hacen<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Es algo l\u00f3gico, pero adem\u00e1s de esta raz\u00f3n hay otras por las que los usuarios deciden convertirse en<strong> seguidores de una compa\u00f1\u00eda en las redes sociales<\/strong>. B\u00e1sicamente, todas est\u00e1n relacionadas con la posibilidad de obtener algo de la firma. La mayor parte de los usuarios buscan un valor adicional, una raz\u00f3n para sentirse c\u00f3modos siendo miembros de esa comunidad. \u00bfCu\u00e1les pueden ser esos motivos?<\/p>\n<p>El principal es la b\u00fasqueda de un incentivo en forma de regalo o descuento. Es decir, el 58% de las personas que comienzan a seguir una marca, seg\u00fan el informe, lo hacen buscando promociones y concursos.<\/p>\n<p>El 41% tambi\u00e9n busca alg\u00fan otro tipo de incentivo, mientras que el 51% se\u00f1ala que el hecho de<strong> que la empresa sea divertida<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n es un motivo para comenzar a seguirla en las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta que una de cada cuatro personas empieza a seguir a una marca porque quiere, de alg\u00fan modo, comunicarse con ella. La compa\u00f1\u00eda debe estar preparada para aprovechar esa oportunidad e iniciar la conversaci\u00f3n, utilizando las redes sociales en este caso como canal para atender a los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el 21% de los usuarios reconoce que empieza a seguir a una compa\u00f1\u00eda <strong>porque sus amigos ya lo hac\u00edan<\/strong>.
