Google Docs acaba de a\u00f1adir una cualidad a esta particular suite ofim\u00e1tica online del gigante de Mountain View. Y es que lo ha unido a la capacidad que tienen los servicios deGoogle<\/strong><\/a> de reconocer la voz de los usuarios por lo que es posible dictarle un texto y, al mismo tiempo, ir dando formato s\u00f3lo utilizando nuestra voz. Estas funciones est\u00e1n disponibles no s\u00f3lo en ingl\u00e9s, sino tambi\u00e9n en espa\u00f1ol, franc\u00e9s, italiano y ruso.<\/p>\n

Para desplegar esta nueva funci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo nos tenemos que ir a la p\u00e1gina de Google Docs,<\/strong>loguearnos con nuestra cuenta de Gmail y abrir un nuevo documento de texto. Con ello en pantalla y desde cualquier navegador, buscamos la opci\u00f3n \u00abHerramientas\u00bb y dentro de ella la que indica \u00abEscritura por voz\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Una vez pulsemos esa opci\u00f3n nos aparecer\u00e1 en pantalla un nuevo bot\u00f3n con un claro icono de un micr\u00f3fono, si queremos empezar a dictarle texto, s\u00f3lo hay que pulsarlo y el sistema se conectar\u00e1 al micr\u00f3fono del ordenador y empezar\u00e1 a transcribir todo lo que le digamos. En la parte superior se puede ver como podemos cambiar el idioma de reconocimiento del texto, por si tenemos que meter alguna frase o un p\u00e1rrafo en otra lengua.<\/p>\n

Escribir y dar formato<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mientras vamos dictando el texto al documento, que autom\u00e1ticamente se guardar\u00e1 en la nube y en nuestro espacio de Google Drive<\/strong>, podemos ir d\u00e1ndole formato al mismo sin tener que tocar un teclado en ning\u00fan momento. En concreto, podemos ir metiendo los signos de puntuaci\u00f3n que se introducir\u00e1n al decir:<\/p>\n

– Punto
\n– Coma
\n– Signo de exclamaci\u00f3n
\n– Signo de interrogaci\u00f3n
\n– Nueva l\u00ednea
\n– Nuevo p\u00e1rrafo<\/p>\n

Ahora bien, a parte de estos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles algunos comandos m\u00e1s pero s\u00f3lo si estamos trabajando en un texto en ingl\u00e9s. Tanto el idioma de la cuenta como el documento deben estar en este lenguaje.<\/p>\n

En cuanto al color, si no se dice ninguno, se aplica por defecto el amarillo pero se puede elegir entre verde, cian, azul, p\u00farpura, rojo y magenta tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n nos podremos desplazar por el documento con los comandos \u00abGo\u00bb y \u00abmove\u00bb combinados con el n\u00famero de p\u00e1ginas, l\u00edneas, \u00abup\u00bb, \u00abdown\u00bb, etc. Al mismo tiempo es posible hacer scroll en la p\u00e1gina diciendo \u00abScroll up\u00bb y \u00abScroll Down\u00bb.
